After the course the participants will be able to:

·          Prepare for the presentation (of the detailers)

·          Explain the importance of knowledge, analysis and planning

·          Connect, build rapport early on

·          Present effectively, making the right claims

·          Act with flexibility

·          Have several “levels of defence”

·          Show the benefits of the position effectively

·          Prepare and deliver “business presentations”

·          Handle questions and objections
