I'm sure you made it back safely. This is just a quick note to say both thanks and congratulations. Thanks is for the great job you did with presenting your program. Congratulations is on your success in developing what is to me the most effective sales training and coaching program on the planet. You can't have been doing this (selling/ sales management) for as long as I have and not have seen a good representation of what is out there. Most are off the shelf or out of the box, presented by the "trainer/ consultant" that paid a licensing fee to use them. With your program we all received the benefit of what appears to be your life's work and passion. As with anything you continue to work on, it continues to get better if that is your goal. My guess is that your paradigm on this is that while your program is good (or great), there is still room yet to make it a little bit better.
 
I don't know that I understand the specifics, but your background or education that is different than most of us in this business provides an element of training that I have not found in any other program (at any price). It appears to me that it is this added dimension/ element that focuses on the structure of questions and how the mind/ conscious and sub-conscious process what it hears that make your program so different and impactful. It definitely takes it to a significantly higher level!
 
Thanks again for your effort. I am in the field today "chunking" with Amy and Chris. You made me look good! I look forward to our next meeting after the first of the year. BTW, I've taken on the charge of trying to put together our objection responses for distribution to the field and future training. If you don't mind, when I have them done would you please take a look at them in case you can quickly do your magic by changing a few words? If not, I understand. Also, My brain was gone when I filled out your evaluation. I wanted to add a comment that you could use on your website (if you were still looking for them).
