William van Venrooij

Founder of Learning Delta William holds an MBA in Biochemistry and Didactics (Andragogy) in addition to being an accomplished and experienced Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner.

After a highly successful career in sales at Abbott for 12 years he was given the responsibility of promoting Learning and Development for the group in Europe.

The on-hands experience and know-how gained from this senior management position provided him with the entrepreneurial impetus to start his own company Learning Delta in 1996.

Learning Delta currently operates world-wide with a multinational team of highly qualified and experienced trainers specializing in the fields of management and communication training.

William’s forte is working with sales staff and managers i.e. those who are required to deal directly with the client and are involved in the selling process.

The key to William’s success as head of LD and trainer is his strong belief in “effectiveness”. The resources and methods devised and used by Learning Delta reflect this line of thought. The company’s primary objective is to enable the client to get a maximum Return on Investment out of his training experience.

René Groeneveld

Holds degrees in Business Administration, Law and Psychology from the Universities of Cologne, Düsseldorf and Hagen.

After working at Bayer in marketing and internal auditing and a 2-year spell as a lecturer at the University of Cologne he decided to set up his own Management Training and Consulting firm which currently employs a team of 15 international trainers and consultants.

As a consultant René specializes and delivers training in such areas as general management, strategic development, marketing, facilitating, team-building and leadership. In addition to this he has developed and created innovative holistic training and development programmes and workshops and runs business simulations and war gaming sessions like TOPSIM General Management, Strategic Marketing, e-Commerce and the Bayer International Management Simulation.

René has written and developed 3 CD-Rom based interactive learning and web-based training programmes in costing, investment appraisal, working capital and finance, balance sheets and profit and loss accounts. He also develops global programmes on the subjects of marketing, strategy, finance and leadership for several multinational customers.


Cora Bossers

An invaluable member of the Learning Delta team, Cora is an internationally certified Neuro Linguistic Programming trainer.

Cora has a strong 15-year background in coaching, training and facilitating for major corporations in programmes as diverse as leadership skills, effective team building, personal organization, new manager training, selling skills and presentation skills.

Cora's professional on-hands experience in a variety of domains ranging from sales, IT training and experience in Account/Project Management  combined with her passion for the principles of NLP and its practical implications for clients have given her the required expertise to adapt her programmes to suit the clients’ needs.

Her achievements as a trainer and coach are founded on her excellent communication skills, her ability to deliver tailor-made training, her adaptability and dedication to catering for each individual client.

Apart from delivering training for Learning Delta Cora also successfully runs her own training company Mega Steps.


Gianni di Giacomo

Gianni holds a degree in Counselling and Educational Psychology from the University of Montreal in Canada. In addition to this he is a certified trainer in several ability tools and methods: MBTI, TMS, NLP and PCM.

Gianni started his career as an internal consultant in training and development for a semi-public Canadian organization with a workforce of about 2000.

The corporate experience gained in his early years coupled with a strong entrepreneurial spirit have provided him with the know-how and skills required to successfully manage and run his own businesses.

His vast international experience and multi-national perspective have served him well in delivering training as an HR consultant and trainer world-wide, specializing in a variety of programmes from management to sales.

Gianni’s natural dynamism, professional expertise as a coach and trainer and tailor-oriented approach to fit the needs of the client are highly appreciated by all. As an excellent communicator Gianni is a strong believer in ‘creating rapport’ to help his clients achieve their goals and fulfil their potential.

Currently based in Paris Gianni delivers training for Learning Delta in English, French and Italian.


Martin Kalenda

Martin is a qualified General Practioner and former Military Medical Doctor. He graduated in General Management from a Business School in the Netherlands and Executive Management from Nottingham Trent University. In addition to this he is an IPMA certified Project Management Practioner.

He successfully runs his own businesses Image Lab Ltd in the Czech Republic and Image Lab SK in the Slovak Republic working as a senior consultant and delivering executive training  in areas such as managerial skills development (strategic management, individual and group coaching, soft skills improvement), sales improvement (management of opportunities, sales management training, sales and marketing communication, change management and innovation) and last but not least co-management of strategic HR development (performance management and workshops facilitation)


Piotr Kolmas

Holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Business Administration from the University of Warsaw. In addition to this he is a certified and accredited coach with the International Coaching Community and a member of MATRIK, the Management Consultants and Trainers Association.

He has successfully worked with major clients providing training and coaching in various fields including soft skills, implementation of sales and customer service strategies and accompanying change in business organizations. Much appreciated by his clients he has organized and delivered/facilitated workshops for executive staff on effective communication, result-driven management, creative thinking and problem-solving.

Piotr creates and devises his own training programmes, materials and tools to suit the individual needs of the client and to ensure successful effective tailor-made training.

He has been called upon to deliver training for household names such as Citi Group, Bosch, Axa, Continental working on projects as diverse as advanced selling skills, management programmes, implementation of changes in organizational culture and customer service skills.


Cándida Bueno Casado

Cándida holds a Masters in Human Resources from the University of Madrid, a Degree in Psychology from Salamanca University and a Teaching Diploma from Madrid University. In addition to her university qualifications she has followed training in Business Administration and Situational Leadership at the Ken Blanchard Company, is a Certified Executive Coach (Tavistock Model by Tavistock Consultancy Services and AECOP) and a Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Candida can draw on her vast experience as training manager and senior consultant for companies such as Deloitte, Adecco Training and Learning Delta over the past 22 years in Human Resources in areas such as assessment, recruitment, training, coaching and development. As an executive coach she has successfully facilitated programmes in leadership, negotiation, team building, delegation, motivation and sales.

During her coaching career she has had the opportunity to work in both public and private sectors in activities and industries as diverse as banking, technology, telecommunications and the pharmaceutical industry. Major clients include Vodafone, Unilever, Philips, Avis, Schering and Pfizer to mention but a few.  


Sarah Bühler

Sarah holds a degree in psychology as well as being an accredited consultant for a range of psychometric tools developed Human Synergistics to analyze and optimize leadership styles, teamwork and organizational culture.

She has successfully worked with major business corporations as a trainer, facilitator and consultant for 10 years and is highly appreciated for contributing to her clients’ performance.

She develops, organizes and delivers training events in diverse soft skills including leadership skills, sales techniques, communication and cooperation. In addition to this she also provides training in economics and strategic management.

Naturally versatile and adaptable by nature Sarah delivers world-wide training in English for a number of well-known business organizations at all levels of the hierarchy.

Chris Pether

Chris Pether holds professional qualifications in Public International Law, German and Russian and is licensed to deliver several ability and psychometric instruments.

She has had 18 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) and General Management experience working with middle market and global organizations.  During that time she has worked as a corporate HR professional in telecommunications, professional services and in B2B online business sectors across Europe and the Americas. Her last corporate position was Managing Director for Caliper Europe – an international HR Consulting Company.

Chris’s experience at senior management level in privately held family businesses, legal partnerships, start-ups and global corporations, operating in several very diverse industry sectors, combined with her expertise in diagnostic tools, management training, sales training & action learning techniques, give her a rare ability to provide coaching and training for senior managers and help them find viable solutions for their business issues. 

 In 2005 Chris founded “PeopleSmart” providing coaching, training and facilitation services for clients such as Abbott, Roche, Eurocopter, EADS, GMAC, BIC, European Patent Office, Thales.

Chris has lectured in Human Resources Management Programme at HEC and Sciences Po in Paris. She also teaches negotiation skills at ESC Rouen.

She has delivered speeches in Vilnius, Lithuania at the Baltic Management Conference on the subject of leadership and in London at the Association of Computer Dealerships on the subject of matching personality to jobs.

A polyglot Chris is fluent and delivers in French, German and English.


Carlos Salas

A graduate in pharmacy of UCN in Spain, Carlos also holds a Coaching and Process Consultancy Certificate and is an Accredited Executive Coach (AECOP).

Early on in his career Carlos worked for Schering Plough as Group Product Manager and was soon made responsible for Management Training. He then moved on to work for Schering AG as Sales Manager in Gynaecology and Nuclear Oncology. At the height of his 14-year career with the group he was promoted to Development Director of HR in charge of senior executive career development.

This diversified and challenging background and experience gained within the pharmaceutical industry have provided Carlos with the necessary knowledge and know-how to start his own business BrickFarma in 2002 specialized in consulting, training, coaching and recruitment. Carlos has successfully worked with major clients mainly from the pharmaceutical industry such as Pfizer, Schering Plough, Philips Healthcare, Intendis to mention only a few.

In addition to running his own business, he lectures in Emotional Communication at the Pharmacy Faculty of the Alcala de Henares University in Madrid and at the Pharmaceutical Study Centre Madrid. Carlos has designed a number of successful tailor-made courses for senior executives.


Andrey Bytchkov

 

Holds a PhD in philosophy and is an experienced sales consultant, facilitator and trainer.  He is also the author of a highly valuable and practical sales guide “Hi, I’m a Medical Representative” published in Russia.

Andrey has a career background in both the Military and the Pharmaceutical Industry.

During his 15-year period in the Military he was mainly involved in the field of psychological operations. Ranked Colonel, he then retired from the Army and joined the pharmaceutical industry to embark on a new career in sales force effectiveness training. He held top-level HR positions for prominent blue-chip companies such as Merck Sharpe Dohme, Bristol-Mayers Squibb and GlaxoSmithKlein for 13 years.

His success in sales training in the pharmaceutical industry combined with a strong entrepreneurial spirit motivated him to work as an independent self-employed trainer for leading medical and pharmaceutical clients in Russia, Ukraine and Belorussia.

Andrey’s focus is on”customer contact groups” i.e. the people in the pharmaceutical industry who deal directly with the customer and need to sell either to external or internal clients. Innovative and creative by nature he has devised and developed a new methodological tool in delivering half-day extensive selling skills sessions catering for big groups (50 – 150 participants) based on a board training game and an e-learning programme.


Charles D. Popoff

Charles holds an MBA in People Management as well as a degree in Digital Technology and Teaching Methodology. In addition to this he is a Qualified Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner and a certified Executive Coach.

Charles started his career in International Trading (Sales and Purchasing) with blue-chip companies such as Delphi, General Motors, Olivetti and Rohm Electronics.

During his years with Delphi, he was invited to join Human Resources to lead the Organizational Development efforts in South America. Responsibilities included Training and Knowledge Based Management, Leadership Development, Talent Retention and Career Management, Progression and Succession, Climate Surveys, Performance Evaluation, Mentoring and Coaching programs. 

This challenging and motivating experience provided him with the necessary know-how and expertise to set up his own business in order to expand his horizons, fulfil his coaching potential and open up new possibilities in his career development.

Marie-Claire Baraké

A graduate in Economics, Claire started her career in sales.  After a 10-year period gaining experience working as a coach and in sales management positions, Claire decided to embark on a new career as a trainer/consultant at The Jan Wage Institute a well known successful firm specializing in sales management training and consulting with branches throughout Europe.

After another 10-year stint acquiring extensive on-hands experience in training and coaching, she decided to set up her own business in consulting in 1996. This move proved to be very successful and today Claire runs her business working with clients in various sectors of activity providing training and coaching in sales management, key performance and account management, field sales and territory management, leadership skills, team building and telephone sales training.

Pierre De Groot

Pierre holds a Masters in Business Administration as well as being certified in various ability and psychometric instruments such as the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument, Cultural Orientations Indicator and York Associates DPI Process.

In 1999 after a management career in the global pharmaceutical industry, a spell in an advertising agency and an ongoing involvement with various business schools Pierre decided to make the transition to management development. Positions held included Director of Management Centre Europe and Managing Director for TMC. He also worked as a consultant to Boston University and Berlitz Cultural Consulting.

His passion is leadership with an emphasis on the cross-cultural global aspect and management effectiveness. He has successfully trained and accompanied senior executives and managers world-wide and worked for a wide range of clients such ads Novartis, BP,  Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Dell, Merck, DOW Chemicals, Novo Nordisk, Sodexo, Danone, American Express, Office Depot, MasterCard to mention but a few.

The experience gained from Pierre’s own international background combined with his contact with a multi-national clientele in very diverse sectors of activity have contributed to his well-developed understanding of cultural diversity. Christoph Labude

Is an expert in high-level selling. 15 years of practical experience and expertise as a business consultant and sales manager combined with his in-depth knowledge of neuro-marketing sciences give him the rare ability to provide effective coaching and training to those in the sales business.

Luciano Martinetti

Holds a degree in pharmaceutical chemistry from the University of Torino, Italy.

He has a strong background in sales in both the pharmaceutical industry and the financial services sector for companies such as Boehringer and Finmarketing. His last corporate position was in management with Zeta Services, part of the Zurich Group.

In 1994 Luciano set up his own business Studio Luciano Martinetti & C. based in Milan and specializing in management consulting and training.

His rich and diverse experience at senior management level combined with a strong sense of interpersonal communication skills have provided him with the ability to cater for the needs of his clients in areas such as communication, sales and management. As a trainer Luciano is very methodical and results-driven. His creative and innovative coaching techniques are geared towards developing his client’s professional potential and have proven to be highly successful.

Marina Giareni

Marina is a graduate in Technology, Business Administration and Human Resources Management. In addition to this she qualified as an internationally certified trainer at the Sandler Management Institute and is a faculty member of the Mediterranean Management Centre.

Marina has successfully worked for 14 years in training senior executives in global organizations. She specializes in telecommunications, banking and the pharmaceutical industry. Niandi Carmont

Niandi Carmont holds a degree in modern languages and linguistics and a post-graduate degree in Education. A multi-lingual and international background motivated her to start her career in Paris in communication skills and further business English training. Having worked for several major language companies she decided to diversify and work as a free-lance consultant in further training specializing in presentation skills, public speaking, negotiation skills and sales techniques. This has provided her with the opportunity and experience over the past 15 years to work with major multinational organizations in both the private and public sectors including a diversity of clients such as the pharmaceutical, banking, insurance and automobile industries. in 1994 she set up the Play Club in Paris filling  a niche market at the time to provide extra-curricular English tuition to French under 10-year olds.

Walter Lessberg-Konig

A graduate of Bocconi University in Milan Walter holds an Economics degree and a Masters in International Business and Management.

Since 1997 he has been working as a consultant, trainer and facilitator specializing in marketing, sales, customer service, management skills and effective sales team building.

Prior to starting his own business in 2002, Walter worked in the telecommunications industry as product manager, sales development manager and marketing director. Jean Limbourg

Holds degrees in Logistic Management and Didactics and has been an experienced trainer and coach for more than 10 years.

Jean started his career as an Army Officer with the Royal Dutch Army and this military back-ground has provided him with extensive experience as a trainer in communication skills focussing on top-level military staff under NATO and UN command.

In 1999 Jean decided to specialize as a trainer and consultant in commerce concentrating mainly on communication, management and coaching. Holds a degree in social and political sciences from the University of Milan. In addition to this he is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and qualified to deliver further training in communication and organizational behaviour.

Ali Ferhat Esemen

Ferhat holds a BA in Business Economics and is an experienced performance coach specialized in strategic business planning and managing organizational change.
